EV charging deployments are limited by the amount of power available at the host site but, often, the limitations are determined by large loads that are not always–or even frequently–in use. There are a number of ALM products that read the site’s load and adjust charge levels; we do that too but Gridtractor can also manage or control other equipment and schedule it to run when less charging power is required.

The standard interface connects to any OCPP-enabled charger, whether or not it has smart charging implemented, and to purpose-built and generic load controllers. The asterisk in our A*LM denotes the human in the loop, who can set schedules in advance or reprioritize charging and other loads in real time. We don’t turn your operation over to an algorithm!
